Payment Policy
Payment is required when services are rendered. Please present all Gift Cards at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks (proper ID required) and cash.


Cancellation Policy
The appointments you reserve are scheduled especially for you. A credit card number must be taken to secure every booking. If you must cancel, change or move your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your services. Spa packages and parties require at least 72 hours advanced notice, at management discretion.
